Hugs and Kisses

Hi folks!  It's a cold and rainy Saturday here in Illinois.  After a week of temps that reached the 60's....IN FEBRUARY....winter has decided to make an appearance.  It could be worse.   Last year on February 1, we were in the middle of a blizzard that dumped a foot of snow. 

I wanted to create a card for Apron Strings birthday celebration challenge.  The challenge is to be inspired by this card.  I decided to made a Valentine's Day card using the scallop and a variety of pink and red cardstock papers.
