Dad's Day

Hello Monday!  How was your weekend?  Mine was busy, busy, busy.  Not a lot of scheduled activities, but all the little things that tend to pile up until I can't take it anymore and tackle everything at once.  I did manage to work on a couple of scrapbook layouts yesterday afternoon while watching the St Louis Cardinal baseball game.  They are soooo close to clinching a playoff spot.  Fingers crossed!  Nothing like waiting till the final series of the season.  Or last year when it came down to the final game of the season.  I could go on and on.  We are serious Cardinal fans around my house.  I think I came out of the womb a Cardinal fan and I've been watching and going to games ever since.  Anyway, enough about baseball.  Let's get to the real reason you're spending a little time with me today.

This little layout is from our Father's Day dinner.  My contribution was dessert.  Banana Pudding.  You can read all about that escapade here.

The patterned papers and embellishments are all from Little Yellow Bicycle's Saturday collection.

Thanks for stopping by and enjoy your week!

  1. Good Luck Cardinals...made it to playoffs, and now are tied with Washington Nationals at 1 win each. Today, on Columbus Day, the Cards had a home run slug fest and won 12 - 4! Let's hope our beloved Cardinals continue winning when they meet in Washington, DC for the rest of the series!
